• They do not sell trips or book on your behalf.
• They are not responsible for transactions on third-party sites.

Estimated prices

• Amounts shown are estimates (historical or point-in-time data).
• They are not a contractual offer from GeoPrice or the platforms consulted.
• GeoPrice does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or price stability at booking time.
• GeoPrice does not promise any fixed "savings" before your final payment on the third-party site.

Payment and banking

• GeoPrice does not guarantee that your card will be accepted on a foreign platform (3-D Secure, bank or site policy).
• Foreign exchange fee indications are estimates. Only your bank sets final fees and rates.

VPN and platform use

• Using a VPN or other means to view another site version must comply with your country's laws.
• In several European countries, this use may be lawful for travelers when it complies with the platform's terms; always check local law and merchant rules before booking or paying.
• GeoPrice cannot be held liable for booking refusal, cancellation, or disputes with a third-party platform following your use of the extension.
• You agree not to use GeoPrice or a VPN for fraudulent purposes (misleading payment information, evading legal obligations, etc.).

Product availability

• GeoPrice may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service in whole or in part with reasonable notice when possible.
• A paid subscription may exist under separate conditions (see our Terms of sale).

Applicable law · disputes

• For any dispute, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer rules to the contrary.
